Bigjawbone LLC ("we", "our", "bigjawbone") is a New Mexico limited liability company based in Albuquerque, NM. We make and sell the Wagner Universal Impression Tray to dental professionals in the United States. We do not sell, rent, or share visitor or customer information with anyone for their own marketing, and we only disclose it as described here or as required by law.

What we collect
- Order information you give us when you buy: name, practice or business name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and what you ordered. We use it to fulfill and ship your order, answer support questions, handle returns, and keep the business and tax records the law requires us to keep.
- Correspondence when you email or call us. We keep it as long as it is useful for helping you.
What we never hold
- Your card number, expiration date, or security code. Payment is taken by Shopify and its payment processors. We never see or store it.
Cookies and analytics
Our own pages set no cookies and use no tracking. Site analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, does not fingerprint devices, and does not identify individual visitors. Like nearly every website, our host logs each request (IP address, page, browser, time) for security, troubleshooting, and aggregate traffic statistics.
The store page and checkout are run by Shopify. Shopify sets the cookies it needs to keep your cart and complete checkout. Those are governed by Shopify's privacy policy.
Who we share it with
- Shopify: runs our store, processes payments, and handles order records.
- Shipping carriers: receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics described above.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet tax, accounting, and warranty obligations, then deleted. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for helping you.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email [email protected]. We do not send marketing email.
Where this applies
This website and store are intended for dental professionals in the United States. We sell and ship only within the United States, and our information is stored in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may revise this page as needed. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Any revision will stay consistent with the principles above: respecting your privacy and keeping your information secure.

Returns
We know you will be surprised and delighted by the ease of use and cost-saving workflow that the Wagner Universal Impression Trays afford. If however you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the product for a refund under the following conditions:
- Refunds are granted once the product is received by us and inspected.
- Used trays are not eligible for refunds. That said, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want your experience with the tray to be everything that we know it should be.
Pricing and price corrections
We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on our store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Bigjawbone LLC charges New Mexico gross receipts tax according to law to customers with shipping addresses in New Mexico.
Order acceptance and availability
Bigjawbone LLC reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after it has already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
U.S. sales only
Bigjawbone LLC sells and ships the Wagner Universal Impression Tray within the United States only.
Security Policy
Every page on our website is served over HTTPS. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify and never pass through our systems.
