bigjawbone LLC ("We", "Our Website", "bigjawbone") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website. We do not and will not ever sell, rent, or otherwise willfully disseminate visitor information to any third-party without prior consent as except required by law.

Below is a list of the information that we do collect, and just as importantly — the information that we do not.

We do collect and maintain:

1. Logistically necessary order information
   • How we use it: To fulfill orders, provide customer service, or keep business records.

We will never, ever maintain:

1. Any information found on your credit card (number, last 4, cvc, expiration)

Our analytic software uses cookies to anonymously identify users on our website.

As is true with most websites, we do log each visit to every page on our website. This log information is used for:

• internal analysis,
• quality control, or
• site testing.

Third-Party Service Providers to bigjawbone LLC

bigjawbone LLC uses a third-party credit card processor (Stripe) and hosting provider (Linode). We interface with a shipping provider (FedEx) and a zip code lookup API (Ziptastic!). We use the JavaScript Library jQuery. Our analytic software is Mint.

Changes to Our Policies

Our Privacy Policy and Sales Policy may be revised as needed, without prior notification, other than a notice on this page. It will however remain consistent with the principles of respecting your privacy and maintaining your security.

U.S. Consumer

By placing an order or making a purchase from bigjawbone LLC, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy.

Returns

1. We know you will be surprised and delighted by the ease of use and cost-saving workflow that the Wagner Universal Impression Trays afford. If however, you are dissatisfied with the trays for any reason, simply contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the product for a refund under the following conditions:
   • Refunds will be granted once the product is received by us and inspected.
   • Used trays are not eligible for refunds
     • That said, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want your experience with the tray to be everything that we know it should be.

   Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

2. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed on our store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. bigjawbone LLC, a New Mexico based corporation, charges gross receipts tax according to law to customers with shipping addresses in New Mexico.

   Order Acceptance and Availability

3. bigjawbone LLC reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after it has already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

U.S. Sales Only

As of today, bigjawbone LLC is only licensed to sell Wagner Universal Impression Trays in the United States. Coming soon to Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Saudi Arabia. We will update this section as more countries become available.
